Assembly Bar is by far the most rustic, industrial style bar to hit the Sydney bar scene. Recycled crates crafted as furnishings, polished concrete flooring, spiral staircases leading to the inside terrace, with a dumbwaiter to transport drinks.... the list just continues.

Although it can be a little hard to find, tucked down an alleyway with no signage, we guarantee the experience will be well worth it. Don't worry about asking to see the drinks list as there is no set menu, but the bartenders are more than happy to assist.
